2.25 The membrane change underneath the existing roof tiles

October/23 'Perfect roofing' company done job: my roof- mainly- the new membrane were installed under existing roof tiles. I've trusted this company, Gisi gave guarantee 25 years,I've paid full price, left good reviews. But after 1-st rain the wet patches appeared on my ceiling. Gisi came again to fix the place, where the leakage did continue and I had to paint my ceiling again. This problem does not come to the end untill present time - March/24: the wet patches now in my loft on the membrane in new place/es underneath the roof tiles, 5 month of nightmare! Skilful, polight, experienced workers, able to establish a trusted relationship with the client. The guarantee of the job ( roof repairs) is given for 25 years! I hope this work for the roof, done, - will stop the formation of any damp patches on the ceiling after heavy rain. Time will show. This work was carried out at my mothers house in Walton on Thames. Gisi arrived on time and completed the work in one day. He used cement and lead flashing to do the repair. He worked inside the loft and on the roof. Both areas were spotless the leak is fixed. My mother said he was friendly and explained everything about the work.
