Friendly, reliable and professional roofer!
Lee recently completed a new slate porch roof for me. I am so pleased with the finish as it has been completed to such a high standard and is a lovely feature to my property. Professional, Punctual, Proactive
Lee was introduced to me by mutual friend. His attitude was positive proactive and enthusiastic. No problem was too big to be solved. I am thrilled with the outcome as are the other freeholders. The work was done on time as an extremely competitive price. Great quality, on time, and to the quoted price
We hired Performance Roofing and Building to replace the tiled roof on our garage. I'm very happy with the result and with Lee and his team in general. From first contact, Lee was professional and easy to talk to. He was straight forward with what the work would entail and provided me with a detailed quote based only on photos. The work was completed ahead of schedule and to the quoted price. As far as I can tell all of the materials match the high quality from the initial quote, and the work looks brilliant.
