While initially Alfie's communication with us was friendly, this only lasted so long. After the work had been done we paid the company over £1000 and was told that would be a solution to the leak problem we had been having on the roof. When we expressed to him the leak was still there, he completely ignored the numerous phone calls and text messages that one of my colleague has been making. I then tried to contact him on a different phone number and lowe and behold he answered. During this phone call he apologised for not getting back to us and assured us he would send someone. NEVER HAPPENED.

Our main roof and our extension Roof needed refurbishment and repair. Found source of leak. Supplied all materials. Co-ordinated scaffolding. Good Price for work done.

Alfie was clean, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t recommend anyone more! Always left the site clean and tidy, was respectful and kind. All together was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Jamie and the boys were hired to fix a problem where the pointing to the ridge tiles on our roof had been repaired badly by a previous contractor. I also asked them to fix a leaking gutter while they were here. They arrived promptly and did the ridge to a high standard and were courteous throughout, including taking the concerns of our neighbour into account. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part for the gutter and had to come back later. It took a few calls to get this arranged but they returned and fixed that problem as well. It turned out that Jamie had been in hospital with an injury!

Alfie came and fixed some of the tiles on my roof, cleared all the moss, replaced the fascia boards and even helped move some heavy boxes that got delivered. Really good service. Will definitely return if my roof needs anything else.

Peril Repairs came recommended by a neighbour. From first enquiry to quote and work completed was just a couple of days. Friendly, polite and professional. Very happy with work done. Reasonable price (as quoted). Would use again.
