John came round to quote very quickly and gave a price and also followed up by email with confirmation of the estimate and work to be carried out. He even took the time to actually go up onto the roof before giving an estimate, and showed us photos of the damage he could see up there. We needed the work carried out quickly, which John said they could do and he was true to his word. John and his guys were all great to deal with. There was clear communication throughout and they got the job done exactly as agreed, even the scaffolding was taken down within 24hrs of the work being finished.

They were exceptionally quick to respond to my contact with Checkatrade (I received a call about 5 minutes later!) and they offered to start the work next day. What I had thought would be a relatively minor job turned out to be much bigger, because they discovered a rotten rafter which had to be replaced (no, they weren't trying to trick me; I saw it with my own eyes!). They undertook to carry out the extra work immediately. They finished the work on time and left the site looking tidier than when they started. As far as I can judge, they did a good job. I can recommend them.
