    Poor service

    Arranged quote meeting arrived on time without a tape to measure job! Requested approx date for commencing work bu told I need to wait for quote. Received quote but still refused to give an approx date until I committed to accept quote. Not satisfied, didn't progress.

    With this comment I now understand why he could not do his job before when he had 3 quotation before, day after visit quotation was send to him, while it is not accepted how I can schedule the job and give him date??? I am very happy he did not confirmed

    We were kept informed all along by the company, the builder was polite and knowledgeable, as well as offering a good variety of services for what we needed. Still waiting for the quote to come through a week later.

    Hi after the site visit quotation was sent on 25th of May, client for some reason did not see it later contact us and the previous email was re-send to them, surprised why this review why not being updated based on the fact.

    Waste of time.

    Agreed a day and time to give a quote for the work needed. One day before cancelled, reason given due to making enquiries with other tradesperson. Not professional at all.

    We are sorry to read an unhappy review from a potential client. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are known for our professionalism. We always offer free site visit and consultation with the client. We are a small office and our time spread thin, so we were discouraged to find out that after we dedicated time to visit the site, we noticed that the enquirer was still looking to book with other professionals. We respect the need for a potential second quote, but after our visit, hearing our comment, and then decide to choose another contractor or designer. We appreciate when a client values our time, and we are not happy when dedicating time and there is no outcome out of it. Even so, we informed the enquirer and let them know our reasons of the cancellation well in advance.

    Design and Construction - Rnovetion and Extension of the Kitchen.

    I was having a lot of trouble understanding what type of plans/drawings my local council wanted for my proposed work. I found Persepolis Architecture online and contacted them. Suddenly everything started to come together, and my stress eased. They made a home visit straight away and prepared the drawings quickly, making any changes we proposed with no fuss. Dr Jafar supplied excellent plans and delivered high quality construction. Dr Jafar, happily kept us informed along the way, from the initial design, through construction, to the wonderful house we have after the completion.
