Austin is very helpful , he would give me suggestion on how to make the communal area better. It's hard for me to control as an overseas landlord. He really help me a lot. Greatly recommended.

Carried out job required giving a great service

Pertinacity did a deep clean at my elderly parents home. Austin explained everything to them, even when they asked for extra services, was very respectful and did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning their home. The house looks like a new pin. This is now on a repeat booking. Thank you, so, so much, I'm so grateful!!

Cleaning was done to a high standard, good communication, nice cleaning products used that smell good afterwards and leave a nice finish. initially booked for a deep clean, and as we were happy with the deep clean we have booked for regular further cleaning.

Austin was very thorough, moving furniture and surface items to ensure a thorough clean. I propose to use regularly. he was clear about terms and expectations in his quote, explaining in more detail on his arrival. I would definitely recommend this company.
