Removed bird nest causing a fire hazard in a kitchen extractor and placed mesh over external vent

Positive review, but lower score seems due to shoe covers/hoover. We asked permission before entering. One technician kept working while the other collected the hoover, so there was no delay. We apologised and discounted the job.
