Excellent service from Steve at Pest Control 101 who was extremely helpful, sympathetic and knowledgeable - follow up was great and would thoroughly recommend. He went out of his way to help and was always on time. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use again if mecessary.

We had a great experience with Steve - he was able work around complex nuances such as bat presence competently.

We recently used this company for the first time. The tradesperson turned up on time. He clearly explained the consultation visit and subsequent visits plus the cost. He gave advice on air brick mesh covers, which we have taken on board. He was professional and polite and checked we knew how to contact him if we needed to. We no longer have a rodent problem and would be happy to recommend this company to other people.
