Excellent service. Turned up same day to treat wasp nest under eaves.

A rat got into my elderly mums downstairs bedroom and Nigel was with us within about 40mins. He kept me updated, was calm and set traps and told me clearly what to expect. Great service when we were very anxious and didnt know what to do. Thank you so much.

Contacted him as on check a trade. He kept me updated with his arrival time, arrived with all the safety equipment and dealt with quickly. Good communication and great service. Reassured that if they return in 3 months he’ll come back .

When I rang, Nigel said he was in the area and he came within 20/30 minutes. He was friendly & polite. Unfortunately he couldn’t locate the nest and was sure there wasn’t a nest where I suspected one to be. He had a good look around to no avail. I had been stung 3 times earlier in the week but didn’t actually spot a nest myself. I wouldn’t hesitate to try him again in the future.

Nigel from Pest Control Hampshire Ltd was very professional and knowledgeable and it was reassuring to see a fully kitted out van and equipment to to the job. The work was carried out safely and quickly and I was told that if there were any follow up questions, Nigel would be available on the phone to help. Thank you for a job well done.
