Professional, knowledgeable, polite and courteous
I cannot recommend Pestforce highly enough. After contacting numerous organisations, including the local authority, the RSPCA and several wildlife trusts, Pestforce was the only company that clearly understood the rules and regulations surrounding our issue with parakeets nesting in our loft. Before visiting, Sean and Chris took the time to explain our options in detail and even provided links to the relevant government guidance, which gave us confidence that we were proceeding correctly. 5* service for any pest issues!
Tomasz from Pestforce West London came to my property to help after I saw a mouse in my flat the previous week. When I called up the team were very helpful and arranged an appointment quickly. Since I had had some previous proofing done by another company a few years ago he began by reviewing that and then helping fill in any new gaps. The whole time he was extremely helpful and professional and even helped to redo some previous work which was a potential fire hazard.
