Stephen did a brilliant job, coming out to deal with a wasps nest. I might well have ignored the problem because I assumed they were bees, but he made sure and they were most definitely wasps! He happened to be available, finishing up at his last job, so was at the house in no time, giving me a text when he was half an hour away, and dealt with the nest quickly and professionally. I would happily call for his help again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Stephen was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He kept in contact and was very punctual in his visits throughout the job, which took three weeks. The rodents have gone and I would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.

Stephen was always on time, a great communicator. He knew what to do and sorted the issue in a very timely fashion. I would definitely recommend his services.
