Would definitely use again
Marcus was recommended to me by a colleague who had had a problem with rats. I found him very trustworthy, very knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. Exceptional Service Despite a Complex Instruction
Marcus was instructed by us to assess and clear an infestation at one of our client's properties. Due to the nature of the instruction, there was a fair amount of back and forth on our side, including the need for a revisit, which undoubtedly made the job more challenging than usual. Throughout the process, Marcus was professional, patient, and highly accommodating in his dealings with both ourselves and our client. Wholeheartedly recommend!
Marcus was able to fit me in around other appointments which I much appreciated. He checked the loft space and completed work to prevent further animals getting in the house. I was most impressed that he didn’t try to do work that wasn’t needed, he was honest, and left the situation with a see how it goes and contact me again if needed. He took the time to explain everything clearly, reassured me that the ants were a common issue during this weather, and gave me some really helpful advice.
