Steve did a great job advising on what was needed (traps etc.), the frequency of the follow ups and what long term measures would be needed to prevent future issues. Steve was very friendly and happy to help, he was very flexible with dates and times and his communication was great. Would certainly use him again.

The problem was intermittent with no mice for months on end then a quick succession of them. We decided to call in a pest controller to resolve the problem once and for all. Steve did a thorough assessment and advised us that he thought that the mice were coming in from the garden. He identified possible entry points and laid traps in various rooms. The bait was taken and Steve returned to put barriers over two air bricks which allowed air to pass but kept the mice out. Success, job done! We found Steve knowledgeable and courteous and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Steve attended our property as we had evidence of a mouse in the house. He attended promptly, assessed the situation and laid bait traps. On his second visit he inspected the bait traps and found we had a wood mouse. He laid further bait traps and on his third visit the problem had gone. He was diligent, courteous and tidy.

We were very happy with the service provided by Steve. He was called in to assess and remove a problem with mice entering our house and was able to fully identify the points of entry and the means by which this problem could be effectively addressed. Steve was very knowledgeable and courteous in his interaction with us and explained fully the recommended options for removal of the problem. Steve took care of some rats that we had in our wall space, spread over 3 visits at two week intervals. He was excellent from the start, and laid out a clear plan after an initial talk about when, where and what we were hearing and seeing. He talked us through what to expect, which gave us peace of mind, and then followed through with results. What really sets him apart is his high standard of communication. He always took the time to answer all our questions, asked for updates outside of scheduled visits, and helped us identify some of the sources of the problem without being pushy. 5*.
