Shane came out to address rodent ingress into my loft space. He was thorough in his investigation and took time to understand how the rodents were gaining entry and how it could be resolved. The immediate issue has now been sorted and Shane has provided useful advice in ensuring the rodents do not return. Shane was courteous in his dealings with myself and my neighbours which has helped massively to jointly resolve the issue.
