A very good experience from the minute I contacted Pestforce. I got a quick reply with an appointment the next day. Then a text on the day before Alan arrived. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He was confident that he had done enough to kill the wasps, but as the nest was not visible, he may have to come back and re-treat, but I am very confident this will finish the job satisfactorily if another visit is needed.

Alan responded to request, called and confirmed same day visit. He explained what he was going to do and spent a good deal of time tackling two wasp nests. He was polite, informative, tidy and before leaving site made sure we were happy with the result. There is very little activity now, pretty much all gone.
