Harry was great from the first phone call. Explained everything in the first phone call, came out the same day and put actions into place on the same day too. He came back weekly to check and was contactable throughout. He is really down to earth and genuine and nothing was too much of an issue. Pricing was very good too.

Left a text message and within 30 minutes Harry replied and arranged a visit, within 2 hours he was on site explaining what needed to be done. He was very thorough with his information and further after treatment instructions. He agreed what I thought was a very fair price and carried out the work. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommend. Forgot to say it was a wasp nest that needed attention

Quick response to initial call, sent details to submit problems via sms and confirm time/date for visit promptly. Arrived on time, clarified situation and told me what I needed to do for next 24hrs. Removed 2 wasp nest quickly and safely, reminded me of what to do next (myself and 2cats), double checked site was safe before leaving. Polite, friendly, professional throughout. Excellent service.

Very polite efficient service, arrived on time and was clear about plan and treatments. Communicated the hazards and was able to provide follow up reassurance should the insects return. Good service all round.
