I highly recommend Pest Force, especially Rick, who has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was always prompt, turned up exactly when he said he would, and carried out the job to a really high standard. We had squirrels in the loft, and Rick dealt with the issue efficiently and professionally, making the whole process stress-free. He clearly knows his stuff and took the time to make sure everything was properly sorted. Reliable, friendly, and effective service – I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pest Force again or recommend Rick to anyone .

Great service from Rick. We had squirrels in the loft and although it took a while to catch them, he didn’t give up and kept coming back until the job was done. He was always punctual, really helpful in explaining what was happening, and left everything clean and tidy after each visit. Very reliable and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend if you have a pest problem.

I've had problems with silverfish for some time and after trying different products, the problem got worse and I was seeing more of them and bigger! I contacted Rick and he explained why they might be coming to my flat and from that phone call I knew exactly what I'd get and how much it'd cost. He came on time, was very respectful of my flooring, answered my questions in a very friendly manner and did the job! I hope I won't get any other type of pests, but if I did, I'd not hesitate to contact Rick to do the job and highly recommend him. Thank you, Rick, and I hope your cold gets better!!

Could not fault the customer service from Rick at Pestforce Medway. Heard some noise coming from loft just after Christmas and put in a enquiry thru Checkatrade within the hour Rick had made contact and came out the next day for inspection which was a Sunday. Rick showed ID on arrival, wore shoe protectors and even cleaned up any mess. Rearranged appointments to come back on Monday next day to bait the loft. Then made weekly visits for 3 weeks. Rick was Friendly and always on time, and easy to talk to and ask any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick for any of your pest needs.

Was very helpful with our drain fly infestation which other so called pest control companies refused to deal with. Explained what he was doing and what would happen over the next few days
