  Rats in the loft

Alex picked up where a couple of previous pest control companies had not succeeded to solve our rat problem - specifically, how they were gaining entry to our loft. He was extremely thorough, using a trail camera and tracking powder to try to figure out the point of entry, not simply laying traps and bait. He also inspected the gutter line as we thought this could be where they were getting in and found a potential entry point. He suggested ways to prevent the rats from getting to this point. He made two follow up visits and we have seen no further signs of activity. I highly recommend Alex!

  Wasp nest treatment

Alex came out at very short notice following a bank holiday weekend to treat a wasp nest in one of our vents. The vent cover was old and disintegrated but he put in a temporary cover to make sure we didn't have a hole in our wall. He then promptly came out again the following week to remove the nest due to its smell. Very reasonable price and would not hesitate to recommend.

  Brilliant service

Alex was absolutely brilliant. He got back to us within about 20 minutes of me leaving a message and was with us less than 24 hours later. He was friendly, professional and did a really thorough job of dealing with a wasps’ nest in our roof. The whole process was quick and straightforward, and we were really impressed with the service. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Alex again and would highly recommend him.
