    Jason is very professional, has great communication skills and is empathetic to the situation presented to him. We were able to entrust him to carry out work while we were away, which was concluded with a positive result. His reports are extremely helpful, confirming the situation, likely cause and outcome.     Resolution of a persistent rodent issue

    Jason worked with us over a number of months to assess, review and identify how to resolve the persistent rodent presence in our property. He was knowledgeable around different techniques, linked up with other excellent services where needed and ultimately resolved the issue. Jason was a pleasure to work with, he was always very responsive, prompt to come round and we felt his fees were appropriate.

    Rat control

    Jason came to evaluate a suspected rat problem. He identified potential entry points and then set traps and placed bait to help resolve the issue. Activity of the rodents drastically reduced after a week and looks to be under control. He was honest and realistic about the problem and provided some useful information/ tips to help keep the rodents away. Reasonably priced service given the seriousness of the problem and importance of getting it resolved. Jason is also a pleasant chap to deal with. Highly recommended.
