  Originally suspected to be wasps, turned out as hornets!! Alex was excellent - very professional and when nest located, quickly removed the problem! Recommended

  Pestforce Salisbury - rodent control

  On finding evidence of rodents in and near my house, I asked Alex to inspect. He came within a few days and punctually. He inspected the house inside and out and came up with a plan to deal with the problem, which upon agreement with me he immediately put into effect. Alex is knowledgeable, personable and reliable. I reckon that he is also very good value. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any pest control activity.

  Alex was quick to respond to the initial query, he arrived at the time he quoted and he was reassuring in the way he assessed the situation and said how he would handle it. He was efficient, tidy and clearly familiar with the problem and the solution, going to some lengths to explain how long it would take to close down the nest … we did not need a follow up visit because all wasp activity had stopped by nightfall.

  Wasp nest removal

  We had a wasps nest in our eaves. I rang Pestforce Salisbury on Tuesday and the nest removal was completed by Alex the next day. Excellent communication by text, phone and email. Alex was prompt, courteous and explained exactly what he needed to do. One treatment and our wasps have gone. Would definitely use Pestforce again.
