Ryan informed texted his arrival time as he had promised. On arrival he was shown two areas we believed had wasps nests. Ryan proceeded to watch and analyse what was happening with the wasps and advised one of the locations was in fact not the case, but a nearby location was where the wasps nest was located.. We found this to be a very thoughtful and professional manner practised by Ryan. Ryan then went about the business of spraying the affected areas and at the end of the process advised the timescale for improvement to be seen. Nothing to say except praise for his service and communication.

Ryan has been a trusted service provider for a number of years now, always reliable, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Ryan for any Pest issues.

Ryan has been very helpful and determined what pests we had and where they were coming in to the house. He came three times and each time checked the loft, under the kitchen kick boards and by the piping in the bedroom. He explained what traps he was leaving and also what poison he was leaving where and explained clearly why. He is professional and friendly, and sends a report of what work he has carried out each time and the likely outcome he expects.

So friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. Gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do before and after and all questions were answered. I hope I don't require pest control again but would definitely not hesitate to call if I did!

Ryan’s communication was excellent throughout. Kept me informed about arrival time and was polite and very professional when he arrived. Discussed the work before carrying it out and completing the job with a minimum of fuss, mess or disruption. Would definitely use him again for any similar issue.
