He came the following day, saw the problem, dealt with it, then left. Job done!

Rob was friendly, yet professional. He explained what he was going to do before he started and removed my wasps nest expertly. He was also very good with clear communication from my first enquiry to the day of his visit. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Rob came on the days that he said, but we did not get a phone call to say he was on his way, and living on a Farm we are not tied to the house. But that is my only grumble. He came and inspected the nest, which was in a very awkward place in a lath roof with the opening next to the roof lining. (It was in our wine shed so it need to be cleared ASAP!!). He tried a treatment, and came back 2 days later, and saw that the pesky blights were still there, so tried something different. That did the trick! All gone now, and wine has been retrieved!
