A very professional approach. My initial query was ansered promptly and with full details of the service and the cost. The first appointment was speedily arranged. It was no problem to change the times of later appointments - the phone was always answered almost immediately. The 3 months guarantee is very reassuring.

Great experience. Friendly and helpful when booking, followed by a great guy that attended to remove a wasp nest. Effective on first visit, but would come back again if necessary within the price. Would happily recommend and would use again.

Work was completed quickly and with clear instructions of what to do after. It would have been helpful to have some of the information before so I could plan access to the room after treatment. I was reassured that if the treatment did not immediately clear the wasps, I could call and they would visit again. I am pleased with the work and will use the company again.

From the very start Pestgone Environmental were very professional. It was explained what the process was and what exactly I would be paying for with regards the mice issue I had. Pestgone visited three times as part of the work and were always on time, courteous and tidy (without asking they covered their shoes with protectors). They explained the work they were going to do and why and then sent a report afterwards to explain it. There is also a warranty for three months in case the problem re-occurs. Very highly recommended
