We have had Darren come to help us with a rat problem in our home, Darren has been friendly , professional , on time and reassuring over the many visits to solve the issue. He has fitted a drain valve and checked multiple areas regularly from the loft , within the home and to the outside drains and advised us of the next steps needed now that the rat problem has resolved.
