Becky was really helpful and lovely. She was very good with her availability and punctual in attendance. She was able to deal with the issue we had and was very good at following up the next day to ensure there were no further issues. Very reliable, would use again for any future pest control issues.

Rat problem in garden

It started well but went downhill. Becky seems knowledgable and professional in person but reliability and communcation are very bad. She missed several appointments, either cancelling last minute or no-show. This caused me a lot of inconvenience. Doesn't reply to messages or return calls unless you chase many times. Rendered time-sensitive work pointless and the job remains unfinished. Asked for a partial refund as I was very fed up after 13th November appointment had still not been fulfilled by mid-January. The company shouldn't take on jobs if it is too far to travel. Would not recommend.

Ant extermination

Rebecca was excellent and speedy in her response to me when I sent out an enquiry. She promptly arrange to do a site visit within 48hrs and provided same day treatment for the ant extermination - on a bank holiday too! Great service overall and would not hesitate to recommend.
