  Extremely knowledgeable and thorough

  Ted was extremely knowledgeable but was also very calm with me. He walked me through the property and garden, advising me what to look out for and how to track the location of the hornet’s nest as it is not within our property or garden. He also reassured me that he is on hand for when they do return and we can track them. Would highly recommend.

  Came and solved our rat problem quickly and without fuss

  Made contact with Ted and he came round the same day. Very polite and quickly figured out the issue with the rats in our garden. He made 3 visits, taking care to protect dogs and children esch time. The problem seems to be resolved, thank you very much.

  Helpful, friendly, responsive

  Pest Rescue were the 3rd pest control company that we contacted for our rat issue. Previous pest control companies would do things without checking/explaining or that I wasn't that comfortable with as I had concerns around various approaches and small children in the house. Ted always wanted me to feel comfortable with an approach forward, was professional and proactive around health & safety and made me feel at ease that whatever was being done was considering our family living in the house as well. Ted was a pleasure to deal with. Rat issue sorted as well. Highly recommended.
