Kevin a very polite and reassuring man reassuring me that the problem I had would be resolved. Traps and poison were left in the loft and checked each week when he came telling me we were on the right track. Today Amy came she too very polite and understanding my fear of wee mice, loft checked and she was delighted to tell me no trace of anything in loft, traps were taken away poison left as a precaution just in case. Both Kevin and Amy a credit to your company and deserve ⭐️⭐️ I will not hesitate in contacting you again should I need to thanks again.

I contacted pest solutions using their website and was told someone would be in touch in 48 working hours. Over one week later, no communication from the company. Disappointing experience especially given I would have been a first time customer.
