  A long period of intermittent rat activity in the attic

  I have been living with this problem for years which has caused immense distress. Other pest control companies suggested that the drains would likely be the problem but would involve taking up my extension floor and patio. This was not something I was ready to do as was told there was no guarantee that it would solve the problem. Well Darren arrived from PSB and I can only describe him as a walking angel and genius! He systemically began his investigations and found a solution 7 houses down where he placed a drain flap. His knowledge and determination to find a solution is second to none!

  Seagull prevention

  Responded quickly to my initial contact and excellent communication throughout the job. The newly installed bird deterrence cage is exactly what I was looking for and will prevent seagulls trying to nest on the roof. Very pleased that the job was done within a few days of initial contact. I would highly recommend the team!

  Eliminate rodents under sitting roomfloor

  Company responded quickly to my enquiry and were round within a couple of days to lay rodenticide. Discovered where probable rat was accessing the house. Eliminated and then sealed up the entry hole. All very calm, professional and fuss free.

  Mice in the kitchen

  Really exceptional service, were able to come out the same day I called, they set traps and pin pointed exactly the route the mice were using to access the kitchen. Caught the mice and blocked the holes and then tested to make sure they didn't come back. Absolutely excellent service and all the staff I have dealt with have been really friendly.

  Flea fumigation

  I can’t recommend pest shop boys enough. In. The day of my enquiry, they came and performed the fumigation and since that day I haven’t seen a single flea! I was so stressed about the whole thing but honestly I’m so grateful. Normal, helpful people! Perfect.
