Charlie was very efficient and polite. He dealt with the rats in the roof coming through from next door. Laid the necessary traps and bait. Checked external walls for gaps, and lifted all manhole covers on our property. On agreement, checked next owners drains also. No mess. Came back 2 weeks later to check traps and bait. Ascertained no more infestation and removed traps, and left some bait just in case. Six weeks later, all still clear. Thanks. This company is recommended very highly as we’ve used them twice - the other job was to put netting under PV panels to stop pigeons nesting.

The service provided by Pest Tech and their technician, Charlie, has been very professional and thorough, and we are really happy that we got in touch. Charlie took the time to investigate all the possibilities and explained everything to us as he went along. We were very impressed.
