  Front Porch

  Pete put himself forward for this job saying he could manage all facets of this job without employing a builder, arguing that it was quicker to use him than wait for other tradesmen. Very sadly he has left us with a complete mess. The roof is not water tight and has no run-off, so the porch floods every time it rains! The oak has not been primed so the stain runs through and has irreparably stained the stone step and coping beneath. He broke the entire corner off the front coping stone and glued the underside in an attempt to hide the damage. He also broke the porch wall light and large tree planter.

  The job was not even a Checkatrade job she phoned me direct from a couple i did work for which they where over the moon about . The customer was the problem with the job as she was so unorganised the week I was there to do the porch the customer couldn't get the slabs there for me and she went and got them Thursday when I needed them Tuesday so I pulled of the job for 2 weeks and when I went back the stone she bought was for inside not outside and the sealer for the stone was internal but she wanted them used against my will the oak you don't seal as it is a natural wood that ages on its own .the porch gets water inside as there is no sides or front which is what the customer wanted and I did tell her this would happen .but she knows best

  Fitted alcove shelving and shelving for the utility room

  Peter is a great guy and is a true professional. Came on time, did the job and cleaned up after himself. The alcove shelves look great and we are just saving up to get hime back again for some more jobs we have in mind. Do yourself a favour just book him untill it's to late!

  4 internal doors fitted

  Peter did a brilliant job fitting our internal doors. He was polite, tidy and the work completed was of a very high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

  Carport feather edged shut

  Brilliant job done, Pete was really easy to chat to to discuss what it was we required and then came up with some great ideas to really finish the job off nice!

  Suspended ceiling fitted

  Peter did a great job at fitting a new suspended ceiling, after the old one had completely caved in due to high winds, he was very professional and had a young apprentice called Ethan working with him.
