Paul was able to come and and quote the very next day for a leaking pipe to the shower. He thought it may be a broken washer that could be replaced. Explained what he would do and cost. We decided it was time for a new shower, which we chose and Paul purchased for us. It turned out to be a broken part of the pipe that he fixed with no hassle. Great communication, great price and a new shower!! Would definitely recommend!

Paul arrived on time to repair a walk in shower that was upstairs and had started leaking through the lounge ceiling. He quickly found the source of the leak, 2x of the rubber seals of the pipework were in need of replacement. A quick visit to his van, on with the 2 seals, check for leaks, job done. Next job was to replace the Wall Mounted Shower Slider Rail that I had bought a couple of days before. That was fixed within 10 minutes. I found Paul to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. His charges are very reasonable for the quality of workmanship.

Paul was very responsive, reliable and communication was great at every step. Work areas were kept clean and carpet put back professionally after works. Really appreciated the out of the box thinking from Paul to resolve the non working towel radiator which avoided our brand new LVT flooring from being disturbed 😊 I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and I know who I will be calling if I need a decent, reliable plumber.
