Changed £30 to come out and quote and only did half the work. Kept letting me down and not turning up. I’m now out of pocket and still have work that needs doing

DO NOT GO WITH THIS PLACE!!! Price was expensive.  Took two days to get the cold water back on in the bathroom taps, blamed the boiler for the hot water not turning back on. Got someone else and it turns out to be a simple air lock on the hot water pipes that Ash should've been able to fix. Not impressed with how he handled this job.

The plumber did a great job but delays sending required documents and evidence in order to make an insurance claim is ridiculous. Admin team don’t reply to emails in a prompt manner and this has caused me significant stress. Would recommend the plumber but not the company.

Clean job, good quote for the work, Ash was very helpful and informative.

Worst guy that I have ever seen in my life he has no idea what he was doing never finished the job took money and blocked my number I think all the good reviews he got are just from his family and friends
