Heating Thermostat needed repairs
I contacted Mark, he made an appointment with us immediately, which was needed. He came out, had a look at the thermostat, gave it some time to work for his assessment. He returned the next day, replaced the thermostat and it now works perfectly. I like that Mark did not immediately replace the thermostat, he waited to see if the current one works with fresh batteries and only carried out further works once he was satisfied that the thermostat was not working. To me, this shows his honesty and care to his professional standards. I will definitely use his services again.
