Quick and simple process to remove alarm, fair price given and friendly service

Jack was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of work on our alarm system was excellent. Communication was clear and friendly, and everything was completed to a very high standard. Highly recommend for reliable and efficient service!

I highly recommend PHASE. Jack is very professional, knowledgeable and an excellent problem solver which was required to resolve the issue with our cctv system. He arrived at the agreed time. Jack originally installed our cctv system which has worked perfectly for approximately 5 years. Jack is a very good communicator and he left everything very clean and tidy and the system operating again.

Jack arrived on time as planned , clearly knew all about my alarm system as he has stated and carried out a complete service replacing the bell box with a more modern type. My system had previously been installed and maintained by another company which has since been sold to a big security company which has mixed customer reviews. All the work here work was carried out professionally, with consideration to me and my property. I could not be more delighted with my choice of Jack and Phase V Fire & Security to be my replacement service supplier

While Jack may have installed an alarm system for us exactly as we asked for (which gets a 10/10 anyway), it’s his aftercare that shines out. He’s visited us on three occasions after initial install, to make a change to a sensor, replace a sensor housing that we broke and to upgrade our app, all without charge and promptly after reaching out to him, with great communication along the way.
