All the staff from Phaseone were polite, punctual and knew there stuff. The project managers Matt and Tom were a delight to work with and guided us through every stage including our bespoke media wall, gym and beautiful kitchen

Matt was great, straight talking and easy to work with. His team worked very efficiently and most of all didn't leave a mess after every day. I have had messy builders before and Matt and the team were good as gold! Thanks guys!

Phase one were brilliant from start to finish.. they gave us a fixed price and completed in the time scale they said. Overall excellent from the whole team..

Very bad experience with this builders. Deviated twice from structural engineers drawings. Put us on a strict timetable for payment and then failed to deliver on time leaving us having overpaid. They are now failing to come back and finish off crucial work needed to get Building Control sign off and other snagging. Currently rain pipes left flowing into the ground and wrong pipes used for soil pipe. Lots and lots of other problems and poor workmanship.

We've had Phase One complete our single story extension on the back of our house in 2019 and then back to completely change the downstairs with a newly fitted kitchen in 2020. We had complete trust in all of the guys from start to finish. We are so happy with the final finish and would 100% recommend Phase One to anyone wanting to renovate their house. All of the guys are polite, clean and tidy and very flexible which is what you need if plans and ideas change throughout the build. Very honest and transparent too which is what you want from a building company!
