Saniflo
We had a problem with our Saniflo toilet. The response from this firm was great. We were given an appointment for the next day and as this clashed with a doctors appointment they were happy to put it an hour later. The plumber arrived on time and explained he had a routine that he followed to diagnose the fault starting with the easiest to solve. Within minutes he had found the fault and fixed it. We were so grateful. I would highly recommend this firm for its courtesy, efficiency and speed.Verified reviewerJob location: PE2Response from PHB Services

Very reliable and professional
Fantastic service. Great communication and very reliable. Arrived on time. Professional and friendly. Gave us a good quote to replace a kitchen tap. No hidden charges. Even replaced our outside tap for us in the same time booked. Highly recommended. Will definitely use this company again.Verified reviewerJob location: PE2Response from PHB Services

It was a pleasure helping with your kitchen tap replacement, and we’re glad you were happy with the communication, punctuality, and pricing. We’re also pleased we could sort the outside tap for you at the same visit. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we look forward to helping you again in the future!
