Replacing water tank/immersion heater
Rob came to the property swiftly to provide a quote and came back the following week to remove the old tank and install the new one. He and his colleague worked late on the first day to ensure I had hot water for a warm shower that evening after days without one at home. On the second day he even fixed my leaky sink whilst his colleague was tidying up. Would highly recommend.

Cloakroom toilet upgrade
Rob did a good job sorting out our overflow and poor flushing issues. One or two hiccups afterwards were quickly rectified.

Cloakroom toilet cistern overflowing and pipe leaking
Rob came when he sid he would to research job. Explained solution and returned next day as promised. Reasonable charges for work involved. Modern system installed and leaking overflow pipe removed.

Various - fixing shower, fixing leaking taps and sink, addressing pressure issues

Drain / Sewer Clearance

Dig down to existing drain, replace with new manhole and section of pipe, filled in hole.
Day 1, Rob's friend (office worker, between jobs) spent digging the hole. Had insufficient equipment so asked me for tools. Day 2 plumber, friend and young son spent half day replacing 1m pipe and manhole and back-filled hole. Discovered that some of my tools had been lost; others not returned in the original condition. Rob suggested claiming the bill on house insurance, but when asked for photos (that had been taken), ghosted me and has not replied to any further communication. Quote was miscommunicated - verbally "2 or 28 if it takes a long time", ie £200-280, became £2895 for this work.
