Replacing Shower pump
Nic examined my broken shower pump, recommended a more suitable replacement, highlighting the issues with the existing pump. He then sourced the replacement at an excellent price, and proceeded to replace it. He worked quickly and efficiently and the shower now works perfectly. All throughout he was polite and courteous, and tidied up after he had finished. Price was actually below initial quote once, he had a chance to source the replacement part. Couldn't be happier with the service.

To fix a broken central heating system
Nic from PHD Quality Services Ltd came to fix my broken Central Heating System. Nic was a fantastic communicator and extremely knowledgable and quickly identified the problem and was able to fix this immediately. Pressure drop
By providing Nic with a photo, he was able to identify the problem (which ended up being a simple one and of my doing!) and provide instructions over WhatsApp. This was great news to me and saved me money. Very helpful and would totally recommend.

New radiator plumbed and fitted and new valves on all radiators.
Very happy with work carried out. Prompt timing. Good communication and advice about the work being done. Very neat/pipes channeled in and hidden where possible. Great job

Annual service and fan replacement
Amazing plumbing service. Goes the extra mile. Always quick, reliable, efficient and trustworthy. Always does their best to come out in emergencies to resolve any new problems. Have used PHD plumbing for 10 yrs+ and they're the best plumbing service I've ever had.
