  Service of unvented cylinder in tenanted flat

  Work carried out in tenanted flat so did not see quality of work but Gareth was very efficient and courteous and submitted report on work promptly.

  Leaking stopcock repaired

  Called out as an emergency at a weekend. Pricing very reasonable and arrived at quoted time. Very helpful and friendly plumber who quickly solved the issue and gave good advice. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  New immersion cylinder fitted

  We had a leaking immersion that needed replacing and Gareth was very helpful from the start, going out of his way to get a replacement tank so that the job could be completed quickly. The fitting was completed efficiently and professionally. He quoted a very good price and we were invoiced that amount. Gareth was very professional throughout and all communication was clear and easy.

  Toilet flush system repair

  Gareth not only came early and wore a mask the entire time he was on the premises, but his workmanship made me feel like I have previously been overcharged, by a plumber who did the job previously but was not as skilled.
