  Very professional and efficient and they turn up when they say they will

  I've used this company for several years both at home and at my place of work. Grant and James are very hard working and they clean up properly when they're finished the job. They have serviced our boiler at home for several years and have done central heating repairs at my place of work. They have also come out to fix an emergency water leak. They are friendly really helpful men and the best bit is that they do a great job and they turn up on time.

  Boiler replacement inc replacing pipes and radiators

  Really pleased with the work from start to finish. Grant came over, patiently talked us through options and offered a much better quote compared to others. He was also really responsive. James did our work. He was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. Completed the work quicker than we’d planned, whilst still taking the time to get things right eg making sure pipes were hidden (which we’d previously been told wouldn’t be possible). We had two small issues during the job and he was straight back over, fixed the problem and talked us through what he was doing. Would confidently recommend PHE!

  Grant from PHE sorted out our multiple boiler issues with ease and definitely knows his trade, a really nice guy and easy to talk to, be mindful he is very busy and will always fit you in when he can, thats why he gets my nod and 10/10. Thanks Grant, Top Guy and a Top Plumber !

  Replacement of faulty Perrin and Rowe boiler tap

  PHE fitted a replacement boiler tap that was faulty. They were courteous, and very professional. We’re able to come out just days from booking and completed the job quickly and cleanly - even sorted the pressure on cold tap by diagnosing a faulty pressure valve which was also replaced. Reasonable price too. Thank you Grant and James.
