Bathroom refit
We had our bathroom stripped out, replastered, painted, tiled and new bathroom fitted. The team were great, friendly, helpful and have done an amazing job. We are so happy with the work they have done and would highly recommend them.

Radiator installations
I was incredibly impressed with the work carried out by PHG Mechanical. Steve, Ryan and Alfie did a fantastic job replacing and relocating 5 radiators. They took time to answer my questions until I felt comfortable and never got defensive about any concerns I raised. They are very detail orientated and the cleanest working contractors I have ever had carry out works. They were also prompt in coming back to address a snagging issue that turned out to be unrelated to the radiators. All in all Simon and the crew go the extra mile, they're great guys and some of the nicest tradesmen I've met.

Utility room including shower suite
Ryan , Simon and team did a great job our utility room including shower , basin and toilet.They kept us informed of what would be done and when , where tidy and polite throughout ( even though our bespoke cupboards were a pain to fit !) . They also re tilled our kitchen floor. Would not use anyone else in the future.

Broken Saniflow was replaced in toilet.
Very pleased with timely and efficient service. Appointment was booked within a few days. Plumber arrived on time and completed work as requested. Would use again.

Replace toilet cistern, repair toilet flush cone and dry trap for washing machine
Excellent service, very professional. Ryan did a fantastic job and fixed all the issues. Reasonably priced, would definitely use him again and can highly recommend. He also left the work area in top condition, which was really something I appreciated a lot.

Central heating leak investigation and repair
Steve and Alfie came to troubleshoot a possible heating leak after we reported that our boiler had previously lost pressure. The boiler now appeared to be holding pressure reasonably well, but instead of stopping once they’d checked all the visible pipe work they offered to create an access point beneath the kitchen floor and crawled around in the floor void to see if they could find anything that was leaking. Sure enough they found a very slow leak on a pipe right at the far end of the house, and they repaired it straight away and then made good the access and even hoovered up. Heroes!
