When quoting the house was fully furnished (cluttered )making it not clear the state of some walls, Turning up day one to find the customer had ripped out the dado rails and the plaster as well and removing afire place , they had badly filled the walls themselves also blocking in a fire place with inadequate wood panel and expecting to have paper hung over this, the paint suppliers was a very cheap brand diy, I asked everything ok and she said yes i’d done all the bits she asked and then she asked for my bank details and paid , only for this reply
