Conversion of shop to residential flat
Phil and his team did an excellent job. This conversion was not an easy job. Phil's proactive attitude and experience helped tackling the unexpected daily problems thrown up in this old building in a conservation area. Services required was general building works including electric and plumbing works.

Single Storey Extension
Phil and the team were very professional and the finished extension is extremely good quality. We have used several builders over the last 10 years and Phil and his team are by far the best. From the start when Phil was putting the quote together to the finished build the communication was very good and we always new exactly what stage the work was at. The team were very friendly and nice to have around. We would highly recommend them.

New fire door frames and doors
I was pleased with the work done, which was to comply with fire corridor regs for a loft conversion done by a specialist loft firm. Phil is very helpful and easy to deal with, will be using him for my rear extension in due course.

Renovation work. Replacing of plasterboard walls, re-plastering, replacement of doors
Phil and his team were brilliant and worked exceptionally hard to meet the tight deadlines given to them They kept us updated and sent videos and photos as we were not at the location. The work was finished on time despite the tight schedule which we hugely appreciated.

Complete upgrade of property garage to kitchen/diner, old kitchen to bedroom, central heating, electrics, gas upgrade.
Excellent service, easy to work with, work progressed without delay. Good advice on all aspects, already recommend Philip to others.
