Ethan is very reliable and professional. He came around at short notice (which is a godsend in itself!) to investigate a leaking tap and to supply and install a new one. Ethan was totally professional, from his initial phone call, to the moment he left my property. We have a bad experiences with other trades people in the past, hence the leak in the WC, but not this time. The quality of the work was absolutely first rate and thorough, Ethan gave me options at each stage of the job, and made sure I was happy before he did anything. All I can say is I wish I knew about Phillips Plumbing and heating before I built my two storey extension! Any future business will go their way for sure.

Ethan arrived prompt on Friday morning and set straight to work on taking out the old radiator and fitting a new one. The work was done to a very high standard and the area which he was working in was kept constantly clean.
