  • Emergency external blockage

    Had an emergency exterior blocked foul drain. A quick call to Mark and fortunately he was able to come over at short notice and fix it. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Talked me through the whole process and offered some advice to minimise blocks happening again. Hopefully we don't need to use him again but we definitely will if we have to! Highly recommended!

    From the first contact with Checkatrade we found Mark so professional and trustworthy. He explained thoroughly the work that was needed and how it would be carried out. He was always punctual and kept in touch as to exactly when he would arrive. Whilst here, both he and Dennis kept us fully informed as to the progress of the job and even though inconvenient for them, suspended the works when the weather became too hot to install the liner and resin safely and efficiently, necessitating a further visit later in the week to complete the works. We would highly recommend this Company.
