Excellent service. Phil is very well organised and knew exactly what the problem was. He solved the blockage quickly and had things flowing smoothly in a few minutes. He produces excellent notes on the incident and offers good advice to prevent reoccurance.

Making an appointment was easy and efficient. Mark phione ahead to say that he would be able to come a little earlier if that fitted in with our plans. He arrived and quickly assessed the problem and got straight on with resolving it. Problem fixed he gave us some good advise on how we might the problem in the future. Superb efficient service that i have no hesitation in recommending.

The engineer arrived promptly and completed the job effectively, and the final bill matched the original quote.
