    We contacted Phil to give us a quote to redo our kitchen flooring that was botched by the builders during building work we had. Phil came to have a look, he spent time with us and considered solutions to fix it. We thought he was a decent guy and we were looking forward to receiving his quote. He said that his mate would contact us. After chasing them up for a few weeks, we finally received the quote. We were happy with it. We were told that we were all booked in for the job. However, they didn't show up on the agreed day. Not recommended.

    Phil laid our laminate flooring for us on behalf of Tapi Carpets. He was lovely and polite and did an excellent job. We are so pleased to have proper flooring all finished off beautifully. He helped us to move things and was constantly tidying up after himself. You can tell he is very experienced and knows his stuff.
