New rear light cluster fitted
The extended time was due to an incorrect part being received, and a replacement having to be sourced. I was kept informed of the situation and had a courtesy car to prevent inconvenience. Hence the "10" score for timeliness. Phoenix continue to be our first choice.

Two faults diagnosed and repaired.
Friendly greeting as always. Faults to (a) fuel filler flap, and (b) parking sensor identified and repaired. Difficult to diagnose but persevered and completed. Always our 1st choice.
