Not responding to issues

Had a boiler installation which was done very fast. First issue was he mentioned is that the boiler would not work without a thermostat which is not true. The installation went fine, did all the checks, gas safe registered. The only problem is with the noise which is not normal and haven't heard it in any boiler. Although you can barely hear it, it is accompanied by a flickering light and I can hear it all the time especially at night. Mentioned he will drop by and never did and stopped responding to the messages entirely.

Callum and Ade were super, a lovely job . A bit of unexpected repair to be done on the loft hatch which they have promised that will sort . Would thoroughly recommend.

Full floor to ceiling tilling installation with trims and silicone finish

Cal was punctual, tidy and extremely detailed with his approach to helping us achieve the bathroom we aspired to have. Applying his years of experience to overcome an award finish on a slanted wall where he suggested using a trim that made it look better we imagined. We would recommend his full range of services to anyone looking to improve their home.
