Punctual reliable and do a good job

We have just had shutters installed to our bay ,bedroom and bathroom windows , the fitter arrived on time explained the fitting process was pleasant , cheerful and efficient , wore shoe guards and left the house clean and tidy . We are very pleased with the shutters and would highly recommend Phoenix .

Amazing service. Lovely people. Only popped in to the showroom to have a look! Price was so reasonable we ordered there and then. Half the cost was paid as a deposit, the balance paid on completion of the fitting. There was a 12 week wait as what we had ordered is manufactured abroad. We were contacted as soon as they arrived and fitting was arranged for 10 days later. The fitter was lovely and 3 windows took him approximately 4 hours and was done with the utmost care for our home. All packaging was removed and the house was left tidy. The product itself is beautiful. We are thrilled.

Steven did an amazing job fitting my shutters. The windows weren’t easy to deal with, being arched and some quite large, however he managed to deal with the issues and did such a fantastic job which has finished off every room, making the house feel like a home.
